Sara Schwartz, Ph.D

Sara Schwartz, Ph.D., is Vice President of Research and Evaluation at Kramer, Blum and Associates, Inc. Sara has extensive experience conducting evaluations with public and private organizations and foundations. In addition, she is a Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Southern California School of Social Work where she teaches research and evaluation to graduate students. Prior to joining KBA, Sara was the founding research director of the Mack Center on Nonprofit Management at the University of California, Berkeley. She earned a Ph.D. in Social Work Research from Portland State University and a MSW from Virginia Commonwealth University. Her expertise in research, evaluation and nonprofit management strongly complement the services that KBA has provided our clients since 1963.
