Rachel Sachs

Rachel Sachs is a Consultant at Kramer, Blum and Associates, Inc.; she is based in Israel and works with clients to facilitate their international grantmaking. Rachel works closely with foundation board members in all stages of their grantmaking outside the United States, including setting up new grant programs, shifting or focusing grantmaking programs, evaluating impact, and regularly interacting with grantees. In addition, she is Director of Strategic Initiatives for the Children’s Health Alliance for Israel and previously served as Vice President of Global Partnerships at Tel-Hai College in northern Israel. Rachel has a B.A in English Literature from Hebrew University, an M.A in Education from Teachers College, Columbia University, and is an avid long-distance runner and a determined optimist.
